8 patches across 8 counties. The season opens September 19 at Washington Farms.
8 of the 38 Georgia patches we track are in Middle Georgia, spread across Columbia County, Decatur County, Monroe County, Oconee County, Peach County, Terrell County, Troup County, Turner County. 8 of them run a corn or crop maze, and 6 have farm animals your kids can get close to. 6 have their 2026 dates confirmed on the farm's own site.
Admission runs from $5 a head at Hamlin Hills Farm up to $15 at Calhoun Produce — a real spread, and one worth checking against how long you actually plan to stay. A paid festival only pays for itself if you use it for half a day.
Georgia's fall season is genuinely different from Florida's: north of the fall line, farms can and do grow their own pumpkins and cut real corn mazes, and the North Georgia apple belt around Ellijay and Blue Ridge layers pumpkin patches on top of working orchards. That also means peak leaf season and peak patch season collide, so Highway 52 and the Blue Ridge corridor get heavy weekend traffic through October.
