10 patches across 7 counties, 2 free to enter. The season opens August 28 at Hurds Family Farm.
10 of the 32 New York patches we track are in Hudson Valley, spread across Columbia County, Dutchess County, Orange County, Rockland County, Sullivan County, Ulster County, Westchester County. 8 of them run a corn or crop maze, and 5 have farm animals your kids can get close to. 1 have their 2026 dates confirmed on the farm's own site.
Admission runs from $15 a head at Wright Family Farm up to $17 at Twin Ponds on the Farm — a real spread, and one worth checking against how long you actually plan to stay. A paid festival only pays for itself if you use it for half a day.
2 patches here are free to walk into, which makes them the low-risk option with unpredictable toddlers — you are not out $80 if the visit lasts twenty minutes.
